i absolutely loved your december issue - i was feeling nostalgic and missing home at this holiday time and it warmed my heart to see images of the windsor christmas parade, to read the sweet poetry, to feel the love and holiday spirit with your christmas cards, and to peruse the wonderful article about potecasi creek - my girlfriend, paula, and i used to play and get muddy in the lowlands of the potecasi creek - i forwarded your newsletter to friends in california - (several have already asked if i will take them to northeastern north carolina for a visit) -

i have also missed my uncle jim very much and i appreciate your tribute to him - thank you, god bless you and yours, sending wishes of health and happiness your way from the pacific coast -

As always, I thoroughly enjoyed your holiday card, but this year it pointed me to your web site. It's charming!!!!!! I'd like to be added to your update list.
